Store Policy

We ask customers not to bring guests at this time (this includes children, spouses and friends) for the safety and/or comfort of other patrons.

We ask that cells phones be turned off or on silent. 

If you are receiving a lash session, please refrain from checking your devices until after your appointment is over. We have the right to stop service for continued service disruption and reserve the right to  charge full price of service for inconvenience and time.

Please disclose any known allergies prior to service. 

If you have had eyelash extensions prior with another salon and have experienced an allergic reaction, the eyelash extension service is non-refundable in the event of repeat allergy.

For eyelash extension service, please remove all makeup prior to your lash session. Eyelids and lashes must be clean of oils and mascara to ensure appropriate adhesive of extensions. Makeup removal fee is $20.

Happy Lashes and Nails will not honor lash fill in prices for full sets from outside salons.

All prices are subject to change. All product purchases are final; no exchanges or refunds.

For lash services, all lash discomforts and reactions must be disclosed upon service (prior to leaving store). Happy Lashes and Nails will not provide refunds for reactions or discomfort after leaving the store. If upon leaving the store, you wish to have the lashes removed due to discomfort or allergy, there is a removal fee of $15.
